With a greater shift to woking from home due and technology rapidly changing creating different job opportunities, the ability to work from home has become more accessible and highly desirable for most millenials, which means home offices are no longer a luxury, they’re a requirement.

As an environmentally and socially conscious generation, they are also very interested in sustainable living options. With solar panels, energy-efficient appliances and community vegetable gardens becoming extremely popular among millennial buyers.

This is a generation that is not only used to having everything at their fingertips, but is also all about finding the perfect work life balance, this means they want to be able to step outside their front door and find everything they need.
